During the April 19 Universal Student U-PASS Advisory Board meeting, the board met and voted to raise the student U-PASS fee from $86 to $92 per quarter for the 2021-2022 academic school year. You can review the potential fee changes the Advisory Board considered here.
This increase was decided to maintain the Universal Student U-PASS program in good standing with projected increases in transit costs due to three Link light rail stations opening in October 2021.
The legislation will be presented to the GPSS and ASUW sentates in upcoming meetings. Student comment will be collected during these meetings.
