LockNGo Rack-Integrated Smart Lock Pilot Program
UW Transportation Services is testing rack-integrated smart locks that can be unlocked via Bluetooth connection to your phone. These locks provide additional safety and theft deterrence at busy bike racks across campus and are intended for daily or short-term use, maximum 9 hours. These locks may be used with or without an additional personal lock.
During the pilot period, we are asking users to complete our feedback questionnaire to inform any future implementation. The questionnaire will take you less than five minutes to complete.
The locks are free to use by UW staff, faculty, and students.
Please be aware that use of this bike lock does not guarantee that a bicycle cannot be stolen, damaged, or tampered with. The university is not responsible for theft, loss, or damage while using this product. The user must ensure that the lock is engaged before leaving the bike.
