Out-of-area parking in unrestricted areas is allowed after 4 p.m. weekdays and on Saturday mornings, with display of an Individual Commuter Ticket (ICT), a daytime annual or quarterly SOV permit, a carpool permit, or a student residential parking permit. Value or short-term permits are not eligible for this benefit. Individuals with Pay-Per-Use Parking (PPUP) and/or AVI cards may use unrestricted areas but must stop at a campus gatehouse to have their parking validated and receive a permit to display.
