We are currently experiencing longer-than-usual process times for citation appeals. Transportation Services staff are working hard to process appeal requests as soon as possible under impacted operations and capacity as a result of COVID-19. We greatly appreciate your patience and understanding during this time. You may view the status of your appeal anytime in your customer profile on the online portal.

All parking citations must be fully paid or contested within twenty (20) calendar days from issuance. Please reference the designated citation number on your ticket when contacting Transportation Services. Parking and traffic rules are listed in Washington Administrative Code 478-116. The current fine schedule is here.
