All parking citations must be fully paid or contested within twenty (20) calendar days from issuance. Please reference the designated citation number on your ticket when contacting Transportation Services. Parking and traffic rules are listed in Washington Administrative Code 478-116. If mailed, the postmark date will be used as the date of payment.

Credit card payments (Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express) are accepted by accessing the link above. We do not accept payments over the phone.

Parking citations are contested through written appeals and must be submitted online within 20 calendar days after the citation was issued. An additional $30 late penalty will be added if neither payment nor written appeal is received within the 20-day period. Other penalties may include vehicle impoundment at the owner’s expense, recalling or denying campus parking permits and applications, and action by a collection agency.
