Transportation Services is holding online information sessions to give customers a chance to ask questions and learn more about the parking changes coming in mid-December.
Each session will be divided into two parts. The first half will focus on individual parking products, such as SOVs and Daily permits. The second half will focus on the changes to department parking products. The sessions will also discuss the new online customer portal launching on Dec. 15.
Time will be set aside in each session for Q&A, with questions taken during the meeting as well as before it. Please email any questions you would like to see answered in the information session.
