In order to meet the traffic demand and improve event parking processes near UW’s Link light rail station, the E19 lot has been reconfigured into four separate lots: Link passenger load/unload zone, E19, E20 and E21.
No permit is required to use the Link passenger load/unload zone, but there is a 3-minute time limit. Car share parking for ZipCar is available in lot E20. Current E19 permit holders should park within the newly configured E19 parking lot boundaries.
