Due to a technical issue, many Pay-Per-Use Parking (PPUP) customers received an erroneous courtesy notice email Thursday morning regarding a missed payroll deduction. The amount indicated in the email is associated with a refund received for an additional $0.35 per PPUP transaction that was incurred on a July paycheck. 

We apologize for the system error, which has since been corrected. If you received one of these emails, no additional action is required. If you went online and processed a payment based on the erroneous email, please contact Transportation Services Accounting at csacctg@uw.edu to resolve the issue.
