Transportation Services recently experienced a software failure which resulted in missed payroll deductions for parking and/or U-PASS customers associated with the March 10 paycheck.  

Transportation Service staff are working with our software partners to resolve the issue. Missed payroll deductions will be applied retroactively to the March 25 or April 11 paycheck.  

At this time, the payroll deduction issue has not impacted the current status of parking permissions or U-PASS products. No interruption in service is anticipated, and no action is needed from customers at this time. 

Transportation Services apologizes for any inconvenience this may have caused and is working to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
